We don't track you. We're proud of it.
An entity that ran the numbers on surveillance and found them insulting.
Nothing. This is not modesty; it is architecture. evilbrainlabs.com is a static site. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, no email capture, no forms that send us anything.
If you find SUBLEVEL B, the basement saves your progress in your browser's local storage. That save lives on your device, is never transmitted anywhere, and is not visible to us. Clearing this site's data in your browser erases it — and your employment record, which is how the basement prefers it.
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any host, Cloudflare processes standard connection data (such as IP addresses and request logs) to deliver pages and fend off attacks. That is plumbing, not analytics; we don't use it to identify or profile anyone.
The public docket at usecasearmsrace.com is its own service, anonymous by design: no accounts, no email, casefiles keyed to an anonymous ID held in your browser. Anything you file, vote, or stamp there is public record — that is the point of a public record. Its practices are documented on that site.
Buttons that lead to Patreon or other external sites hand you to their privacy policies, over which we have no power. The Brain finds this arrangement distasteful but legally tidy.
If this policy ever changes, the date above changes with it. Questions, concerns, or a desire to file a use case about our privacy policy: privacy@evilbrainlabs.com
